A Message from our President/CEO

Dear Valued Customer,

 

            The Cornerstone Bank continues to monitor the news related to the current Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation. We want to assure you, our customer, that we are 100% committed to protecting you, as well as keeping the health and safety of our employees in mind. We are following the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as the Missouri, Oklahoma & Arkansas Departments of Health.

In an attempt to protect the health of our employees and customers, we are temporarily closing our lobby to the public due to the threat posed by the COVID-19 virus. We are not closing the bank. We are only closing the lobby.

We feel that it is important that we not risk the health of our employees during this crisis.

If you need to speak to one of our officers, please call 417-762-3257, and we will figure out a way to take care of your banking needs.

Until we feel that it is safe to re-open our lobby, we plan to offer extended hours in our Drive-Thru facilities.

Thank you for your patience as we go through this health crisis. And we will get through it.

We would like to take this time to remind you that many of your daily banking needs can be accomplished through one of our alternative methods.

  • 24/7 access to our ATM’s
  • Night Deposit Drop Box at each of our locations.

We also have many digital banking tools available to you 24/7, free of charge, through Online Banking:

  • Online/Mobile access to your accounts
  • Transfer funds between accounts (checking/savings/loans)
  • Remote check deposit
  • Person to person payments
  • Bill pay
